Warm Salsa Feta Dip Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes Servings: 4 -8 depending on hunger factors, LOL. A quick and easy hot salsa dip with plenty of melted feta cheese! ingredients 2 cups salsa 6 ounces feta (a block) 1 Avocado or Guacamole for topping Corn chips (or your favorite mixed grain chips) directions Pour the salsa into an oven safe pan, place the feta on top, and bake in a preheated 400F/200C oven until the feta is golden brown and the salsa is bubbling, about 20 minutes. Top with slied or cubed avocado or guac. Serve with chips. Makes a gret topping for burgers, eggs, toast, brats or hot dogs. Top some Cheese ravioli with it. Layer it in a tex-mex lasagna. Haye fun and enjoy. Option: Sprinkle a pinch of oregano on the feta before baking. Option: Sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes on the feta before baking. Option: Use slices of chevre or goat cheese instead of feta. Option: Top the baked salsa with extras such as, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, sliced avocado, sliced jalapenos, sliced olives, shredded lettuce, cooked and crumbled bacon, etc, after baking.
