Chicken Sausage

2 pounds ground chicken 2 tablespoons brown sugar, (optional) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried sage 1 teaspoon dried marjoram 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes directions Mix the everything into the ground chicken, divide into 12-16 equal portions and form into patties. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until lightly golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Option: You can either cook the patties right away, store them in the fridge for a day or two before cooking or freeze them to cook later. Note: These freeze well! Place the uncooked patties on a sheet, freeze and then transfer the frozen patties to a sealed container to store in the freezer.
